2. Description of Service

AIdeaFlow provides AI prompts, automation templates, and related digital content for personal and business use. Our services include:

• Free Tier: Access to a curated selection of AI prompts and newsletter content at no cost.
• Premium Subscription: A paid monthly or annual subscription that unlocks the full library of 11,900+ prompts, premium content, and new releases.
• Digital Prompt Packs: One-time purchase bundles of industry-specific or topic-specific prompt collections.
• Referral Program: A program that rewards users for referring new subscribers to AIdeaFlow.
• Blog and Educational Content: Free articles, guides, and tutorials about using AI effectively.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect paying subscribers.

3. User Accounts

(In short: keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.)

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Purchases and Payments

• All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change. We will notify existing subscribers before any price increases take effect on their accounts.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
• Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium content until then.
• We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods on subscriptions.

5. Refund Policy

(In short: digital downloads are non-refundable, but we will work with you if something goes wrong.)

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales of prompt packs and digital products are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the content has been delivered or accessed.

That said, we want you to be satisfied. If you experience a genuine issue, such as receiving the wrong product, encountering a technical problem that prevents access, or finding that a product was significantly misrepresented, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right. This may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.

For premium subscriptions, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. No refund will be issued for the current billing period already paid.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on the AIdeaFlow website, including prompts, templates, articles, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by AIdeaFlow LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

When you purchase or access our prompts and templates, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the prompts and templates for your own personal or business purposes.
• Modify and adapt the prompts for your specific needs.
• Use AI-generated outputs created from our prompts in your commercial work.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share our prompt packs or premium content with others who have not purchased them.
• Republish our prompts as part of a competing product or service.
• Claim authorship of our original content.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from our site in bulk.

Referral Program

Our referral program allows you to earn rewards by referring new subscribers. Referral terms, reward amounts, and eligibility are subject to change. We reserve the right to revoke referral rewards obtained through fraudulent activity, such as creating fake accounts or using self-referral methods.

7. Acceptable Use

(In short: use the service legally and respectfully. Do not abuse it.)

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks.

• Any specific results will be achieved by using our prompts or templates.
• The content will be accurate, complete, or current at all times.

AI tools and their outputs vary. Our prompts are designed to produce high-quality results, but the actual output depends on the AI model you use, its version, and your specific inputs. We are not responsible for the output of third-party AI tools.

9. Limitation of Liability

(In short: our liability is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect damages.)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIdeaFlow LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to AIdeaFlow in the 12 months preceding the claim. If you have not paid us anything, our liability is limited to $100.

10. Governing Law

(In short: Texas law applies. Disputes will be resolved in San Antonio, TX.)

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue in these courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes that affect your rights, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the site at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the service and cancel any active subscriptions.
